Terms and Conditions of Bookings

All payments are processed in GBP.

All bookings made are subject to availability.

Construction Safety First Ltd. will send a confirmation email and text to your mobile within 48 working hours from the time the booking is made. The customer will also receive a confirmation text from CITB to confirm their date and time. If the customer has not received any correspondence from Construction Safety First within 48 hours, they are advised to email our support team at info@constructionsafetyfirst.com.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, which serves as a receipt of payment and proof of booking, along with your full acceptance of all terms & conditions detailed here.

The waiver form can be obtained by calling our Customer Services team at 02039836393. It is your responsibility to obtain the form from us via email and to complete it correctly.

Please ensure that your form is duly signed by your sponsor, who must clearly state their identity. Additionally, your form must include a recent photograph and must be signed by both you and your sponsor.

It is your responsibility to read the form, complete it correctly, and ensure you bring it to the test center with you. This form is valid for one test only.

By booking a test with us, you acknowledge that your booking is for the test arrangement and not for the specific date you selected (subject to availability). The fee you pay includes the £21 test fee and our booking and support fee. The information you provide during the booking process will be used for processing your booking. We are not responsible for bookings placed with incorrect details provided by you. If we make an error, such as incorrectly submitting the exact details you provided, we will rectify the mistake without any additional charges. The Construction Safety First team reviews each booking for inaccuracies; if we require additional information or believe you may have booked the wrong test or test center, we will contact you via email to confirm your details before finalizing your booking. Please contact us for any errors or inaccurate details in your order at info@constructionsafetyfirst.com. It is your responsibility to attend the test center on the correct date and time. We cannot accept liability for your absence under any circumstance. You are also responsible for bringing the proper ID/documentation to the test center. Construction Safety First will not be held responsible for any actions taken after the test booking confirmation has been forwarded to you.

Your payment includes the test fee and an administration fee for our third-party booking agent services.

Ensuring customers' details are correct and that they book the appropriate test

Securing the requested time, date, and venue for each booking (or the nearest available option)

Informing customers of their booked test dates via email and text message

Handling requests to reschedule tests and processing cancellations when required

The price you pay for our services is shown on the booking page of our website. Construction Safety First requires full cleared payment before booking your test.

Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from us. Until then, bookings can be changed. Course details may take a few days to be released but should be provided 10 days before the course date. You must bring a valid ID and your NI number to the course. For online bookings, you can access the course at any time.

Please respond to emails, complete your test and course, and send your valid documents within 5 months; otherwise, the services will be terminated from the system.
