The Black Manager Card is available to individuals in managerial and technical occupations who have achieved a Construction Management/Technical related NVQ/SVQ Level 5, 6, or 7, a SVQ Level 4 in Construction Management/Technical related qualification, or who hold a pre-existing NVQ Level 4 in construction management. Applicants must also have passed the CITB Manager and Professional test within the past two years.
